Senior Event Producer

We're thrilled to be working with an acclaimed events agency to help build their stellar production team. They create unforgettable experiences for major global retail and tech brands.

Now they're seeking a stellar Senior Producer to join their talented, fun-loving, supportive team.

In this pivotal management role, you'll lead the full end-to-end production process - from concept to flawless execution.

You'll ensure seamless delivery and realization of the agency's innovative projects.

You'll collaborate with creative experts at the forefront of the industry.

• Lead campaign management end-to-end: review briefs, oversee timelines/budgets/suppliers, ensure agency and client goals are met

• Pitch new business: receive briefs, spearhead responses

• Account growth: support account directors with developing client base

• Presentation decks: create for senior account teams

• Budget oversight: reconcile all costs to meet targets

• Supplier relations: brief and manage required partners

• Build strong client relationships across key disciplines

• Creative input: ensure briefs meet client goals

• Internal collaboration: attend meetings, support junior and senior accounts

• Reporting: manage campaign ROI and reporting to demonstrate results

• Live activations: manage and attend

• Industry insights: research and share trends

• Cross-functional support: assist other teams as needed

• Content creation: write blogs, contribute to social media

• Team development: train junior staff
