Senior Production Manager - Design and Production

We're thrilled to be working with an acclaimed events agency to help build their stellar production team. They create unforgettable experiences for major global retail and tech brands.

Now they're seeking a stellar Senior Production Manager to join their talented, fun-loving, supportive team.

In this pivotal management role, you'll lead the full end-to-end production process - from concept to flawless execution. 

You'll ensure seamless delivery and realization of the agency's innovative projects.

You'll collaborate with creative experts at the forefront of the industry.

Day to day:

• Turn creative briefs into detailed production briefs

• Provide input during planning to ensure ideas are executable

• Get quotes and re-quotes in a timely manner when creative changes

• Partner with other departments to meet client goals

• Attend site visits to assess production requirements

• Create, review, supply health and safety docs

• Lead cross-department training and guidance

• Support growing and developing the production team

• Oversee end-to-end production and campaign management

• Lead implementation to fulfill agency and client aims

• Create presentation decks for leadership

• Oversee budgeting and reconciliation

• Manage suppliers and partners, build relationships

• Attend creative briefings to provide production perspective

• Attend internal meetings and assist team members

• Manage and be on-site for activations and installs

• Research industry insights and trends

• Contribute to company blogs and social media

• Train and mentor junior team members

• Oversee equipment maintenance and preparedness

• Pursue personal development opportunities

Salary: £60,000
