We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Account manager/Project manager to join a growing creative production agency that specialises in delivering standout luxury retail and visual merchandising experiences for global brands.

Day to day:

• Leading a small team to deliver creative retail and VM projects from concept through to completion.

• Managing budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects simultaneously.

• Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring first-class communication and delivery.

• Working closely with finance to ensure profitability targets are achieved.

• Supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing client relationships.

• Mentoring and developing junior team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in project and account management within retail design, visual merchandising

• Experience working with premium or luxury retail brands, ideally across window displays, pop-ups, activations, and POS.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale rollouts or full store fit-outs.

• Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.

• Confident team leader with excellent organisational and communication abilities.

• Knowledge of production, suppliers, and manufacturing processes within the retail sector.
